Machine AS378 for automatic surfacing of cylindrical and conical surfaces

Machine AS378 intends for automatic surfacing of cylindrical and conical surfaces of products up to 1000 mm long, diameter - 25… 1000 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 600 kg.

The deposited materials: carbon and alloy steels, copper and other alloys.

Welding method - СМЕ or MIG/MAG-welding with solid or flux-cored wire.

Surfacing is carried out in a spiral or in steps with an adjustable speed, both without and with oscillations, as well as with a ring with sequential movement of the torch along the axis and rotation of the product by the deposition step.
